Iran is One of the Most Dangerous Nations on Earth
Iran is one of the most dangerous nations on Earth, but not for the reasons you think. Before the beginning of our current conflict, Iran had a strong military. There were nearly a million men under arms, either active or reserve, and they were an effective, disciplined fighting force. They also had a robust domestic weapons manufacturing industry that supplied most of their own arms. Iran also had the ability to manufacture surprisingly sophisticated drones and long range ballistic missiles.
Strategically, Iran sits on the bank of the Persian Gulf, one of the most important bodies of water in the world. Even more importantly, its coastline includes the Strait of Hormuz at the mouth of the Persian Gulf. This means that, if Iran want’s to control access to the Persian Gulf, it can do so. This means Iran has the ability to cut off access to much of the Middle Eastern oil supply.
Iran is also the largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world. It organizes, funds and arms Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. The main targets of Iran’s terrorism are Israel and the United States, however, Iran also uses terrorism against other nations in the Middle East and the Western World.
On the surface, the most worrisome aspect of the Iranian threat to the world is their obsessive pursuit of weapons of mass destruction, including a nuclear weapons program that was on the verge of making Iran a nuclear power.
However, all of the above reasons are not why Iran is so dangerous to the world. The reason Iran is so dangerous is because of their religious beliefs.
Why Iran is so Dangerous
The Iranian rulers are members of the 12er sect of Shia Islam. This sect believes the 12th imam is in hiding, and won’t return until conditions are right.
Unfortunately, the “right conditions” for the return of the 12th Imam is the expansion of an apoptotic war in a fight to the death against Israel and the United States (Big Satan and Little Satan). It’s the job of the Iranian leadership and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to create these conditions. They create the conditions for the 12th Imams return by expanding the war!
In other words, the more desperate the fight against evil, the closer they are to loosing, and the wider the war in terms of the number of nations involved, the sooner their 12th Imam will appear. Once he arrives, he will, with the help of Jesus, destroy Israel, hunt down all the Jews, and force everyone to submit to God (Islam).
Looking at it from the Iranians point of view, there is not reason to stop the war. In order to fulfill their end times prophecy, they need to expand the war and kill as many Jews and other infidels as possible.
Iran will not negotiate. Iran will not seek to de-escalate. They are in the midst of a holy war. Their messiah will only come if they can make it bigger.
Iran is so dangerous because peace is against the word of their god. If they have a choice between a peaceful resolution and WWIII, they will choose WWIII.
