The Western Elites Are Seeking War With Russia
The western elites are seeking war with Russia largely because of the deteriorating world wide economic situation. They can paper over the cracks for a while, but a major economic earthquake is coming in the near future. This is the “great reset” the World Economic Forum has been talking about since 2020. However, if the great reset happens without some kind of distraction (major war) then all the economic hardships will be blamed on them. They’re afraid the people will come for them with pitchforks and torches.
In the lead up to the US entry into WW2, the US population was firmly against our being involved in ANY foreign entanglements. The political elites of the time had decided the US had enter the war, but there was a problem. As part of his election campaign, Franklin Delano Roosevelt promised that he would keep the US out of the war in Europe.
Because of Roosevelt’s campaign promise, the only way to get the US into the war was to force either Germany or Japan to attack us. Roosevelt instituted several policies against both Germany and Japan as provocations.
The policies Roosevelt instituted reads like modern news headlines if you crossed out the name of Japan and substitute Russia in its place. The US embargoed all scrap iron and steel, froze Japanese assets, and instituted an oil embargo.
Because Japan was an Island nation, they had little in the way of natural resources, and they badly needed the embargoed raw materials to fuel their rapidly industrializing economy.
This left Japan in the untenable position of either going to war to gain the resources necessary to fuel their economy, or allow their economy to freefall into a depression that would have destabilized not just the economy, but also the security of the government itself.
The result of these policies was Pearl Harbor.
Much like Roosevelt’s policies provoking Japan to attack the US, the US is now using the same playbook against Russia. Along with the proxy war being waged with western money, military equipment, intelligence, and mercenaries, we are provoking Russia with the same kind of sanctions used against Japan during WW2. Understand that from Russian point of view, the US and NATO are presenting Russia with an existential threat they must respond to. Either they engage in the war against NATO they don’t want, or they acquiesce to NATO’s demands and cease to exist as an independent nation.
Russia doesn’t trust the west, and why should it? The west has lied to Russia repeatedly beginning in 1990 with the US Secretary of State James Baker reassurances to Gorbachev that the US wouldn’t expand NATO one inch eastward into Central and Eastern Europe. Look at where NATO is now.
It’s important to understand that western elites aren’t stupid. They know where this road is destined to lead, they planned and paved the road for it. The western elites are seeking war with Russia on purpose, and they’re not going to let Russia talk them out of it.
War is coming because if the western elites want war, they will have it.
